Baja Bio today introduced OligoDesigner.com, an AI-driven genomics platform designed to make complex genetic information more useful across the full spectrum of scientific experience. The browser-based workspace combines research-grade genomic analysis and therapeutic design tools with a clear, visual experience for students, patients, families, physicians, independent researchers, and other science-curious users.

For scientists, OligoDesigner.com unifies genome browsing, transcript analysis, oligonucleotide and assay design, RNA prediction, literature, and intellectual-property mapping. For non-specialists, the platform can extract genes and variants from research papers, genetic-test reports, PDFs, photographs, and text, then place those findings on a visual gene map that users can explore at their own pace.

OligoDesigner.com’s scientific workspace includes three specialized AI engines designed to prioritize experiments rather than replace them.

Faster oligonucleotide and assay design

The platform supports ASO and gapmer design, qPCR primers and probes, design-by-rules workflows, and structure-aware analysis.
